    Booking Policy

    Our therapists and practitioners are qualified and insured in accordance with UK industry standards.

    1. Bookings and Appointments

    • Appointments can be made by phone 07756 536 935
    • A deposit of £15 may be required to confirm your provisional booking.
    • Confirmation will be sent to you or you will be contacted personally if rescheduling is needed.
    • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for consultation and preparation. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time.

    2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the service price.
    • “No-show” appointments will be charged in full.
    • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

    3. Consultation and Health Information

    • You must complete a confidential consultation form before your first visit.
    • Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, injuries, or if you are pregnant.
    • For your safety, certain treatments may be adjusted or postponed based on your health condition or medication use.
    • We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

    4. Facials and Body Treatments

    • Facials and body wraps involve the use of professional skincare and spa products.
    • Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures (e.g., chemical peels, Botox, laser treatments).
    • A patch test may be required at least 24–48 hours before certain treatments.
    • Reactions to products will be handled professionally, but Neringa Massage cannot be held liable for adverse effects if allergies or sensitivities were not disclosed prior to treatment.

    5. Aftercare

    • Your therapist will provide aftercare advice after your treatment. Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure the best results and avoid irritation.
    • Neringa Massage is not liable for any issues that arise from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

    6. Client Conduct and Hygiene

    • Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and respectful behaviour.
    • Treatment will be refused if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displays inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
    • The full treatment cost will still apply in such cases.

    7. Payment

    • Full payment is due at the time of treatment.
    • Accepted payment methods: cash payments, card payments.
    • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.
    • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.

    8. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

    • Gift vouchers are valid for 24 weeks from the purchase date.
    • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
    • Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
    • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

    9. Confidentiality and Data Protection (GDPR)

    • All client information is kept strictly confidential and stored securely.
    • We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
    • Your data will only be used for appointment management, treatment records, and communication with you.
    • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.

    10. Liability Disclaimer

    • All treatments are provided in good faith and with professional care.
    • Neringa Massage accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
    • Clients receive treatments at their own risk and should consult a medical professional if they are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for them.

    11. Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

    • The client is unwell, contagious, or has a condition that poses a risk
    • The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • The client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
    • Accurate health information has not been provided

    12. Complaints and Feedback

    • If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
    • We will review your feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

    13. Changes to Terms

    • Neringa Massage reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
